Hi, I’m Ignacio Carcavallo.

My mission with Founder Accelerator is to help high-performing founders scale faster with absolute clarity and an obsession for speed of results. Why? After founding 3x companies (plus 1 non-profit) and exiting 2, I’ve seen the extreme struggles that founders put themselves through every day. I’ve been on the receiving end of the mental (and physical) symptoms of extreme stress and burnout caused by loneliness, lack of clarity, and uncertainty about how to scale.

Lying awake staring at the ceiling at 3am (insomnia), neverending ear ringing (tinnitus), gastritis, and losing my libido for 2 years, are just some of the physical scars of scaling my companies that I wish more founders would avoid.

When I co-founded a chapter of EO (largest network of $1MM+ entrepreneurs), I got to spend 11 years and thousands of hours hearing the deepest struggles of ambitious entrepreneurs.

And I realized they all had one thing in common:
